New Holland Tractor Tedder Raker

Saturday July 1, local farmer Randy Ours and son were busy at the Wingett's property and other Hidden Hollows lots raking freshly cut hay with their New Holland tractor and Tedder Rake. Randy has made arrangements with lot owners for mowing their meadow lots in exchange for the hay.

Randy Ours and his son stopped raking to make adjustments to the Tedder Rake.

 

Tractor pulling baler stops to let the baler eject a roll of hay

After Randy Ours and son finished raking the hay into neat rows, they swapped the Tedder Rake for the Roll Baler. As they drove the tractor, it would scoop up the cut hay, and when the hamper was full, the tractor would come to a stop then eject the roll.
